Job Title: Facility Evening Crew
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 10 PM

Core job duties/Responsibilities

Thoroughness and Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to spot areas that need attention are crucial.

Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.
-

Surface Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including desks, tables, countertops, and fixtures.
-
Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
-

Restroom Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
-
Supply Replenishment: Restocking restroom supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Time Management: The ability to efficiently complete tasks within a given timeframe and prioritize tasks effectively is important.

Problem Solving: The ability to identify and address issues that arise during the cleaning process, such as spills or stains, is necessary.

Physical Endurance: Cleaning often involves physical exertion, so a good level of physical fitness and endurance is beneficial.

Experience:

Cleaning Techniques and Equipment:

Proficiency in: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.

Experience with: Cleaning various floor types (Concrete, tile, carpet), windows, and restrooms.

Knowledge of: Cleaning chemicals and their proper usage, safety protocols, and storage.

Ability to: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
